Confirm the service agreement and the assigned service. Confirm company email, CRM access and main contacts. Connect sales, production and accounting responsibilities.

Build the job file

Current carrier estimate and relevant correspondence. Claim details shared through the agreed workflow. Measurements and identification of included roof sections. Labeled inspection photos and job-specific scope notes.

During production

Overview and detail photos of relevant conditions. Decking, flashing and hidden layers photographed before they are covered. Measurements and location labels for requested scope changes. Relevant invoices or cost records for the actual work.

Close the file

Current final estimate and approved revisions. Final invoice and completion certificates. Completion photos and a list of outstanding items. Accounting and office handoff; contractor retains customer collections.
