Who is SuppZone for?
Roofing and restoration contractors, including owners, office managers and production managers who need support with estimating, supplement documentation and closeouts.
Do we have to change our CRM?
No. We work inside AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or your existing workflow. During setup, align access, contacts and responsibilities.
What amount is the supplement percentage based on?
The approved increase. For an original approved value of $20,000 and a revised value of $40,000, the increase is $20,000. The revised value has reached twice the original, so the 4.5% rate produces a $900 fee.
Who handles the homeowner and collections?
Your company keeps the homeowner relationship and customer collections. Our work focuses on the construction scope, estimate and supporting claim documentation.
Does the percentage apply to the whole claim?
No. It applies to the approved increase: revised approved value minus original approved value.
Why does the fee fall at the doubling threshold?
The advertised rate changes from 9% to 4.5% when the revised approved value reaches twice the original. For $20,000 → $39,999, the fee is $1,799.91. For $20,000 → $40,000, the fee is $900. The boundary is inclusive and the rate change is immediate.
Is the $100 minimum added to the percentage?
No. The minimum replaces a lower percentage amount. A $500 increase at 9% produces a $45 percentage calculation, so the minimum fee is $100, not $145.
What if no increase is approved?
If no increase is approved, confirm the applicable fee under your agreement with SuppZone. The calculator does not quote a fee for a zero increase.
What do the other services cost?
Xactimate estimates, claim closeouts and reinspection packages are quoted separately. Confirm the assignment and fee before work begins.
