Clear expectations. From the start.
Information about using SuppZone’s website, resources and inquiry tools. Your signed service agreement governs an accepted assignment.
Website information and service agreements.
SuppZone LLC provides construction scope, estimating and documentation support for contractors. Website information and an inquiry do not create a service agreement, accept a file, schedule work or confirm a final price. Confirm the assignment, responsibilities and applicable terms directly with SuppZone. Nothing on this page changes an existing signed agreement.
Scope support and insurance decisions.
SuppZone is not a public adjuster, does not interpret coverage or represent policyholders, and does not guarantee approvals, payment or supplement increases. Coverage and claim decisions belong to the appropriate insurer and parties. Contractors remain responsible for their construction work and the accuracy of information they provide.
Pricing illustrations and historical results.
The standard supplement illustration applies 9% to the approved increase, or 4.5% to that increase when the revised approved amount reaches at least twice the original approved amount. A $100 minimum applies to every positive increase. The rate change can cause a lower fee at the doubling threshold. With no approved increase, confirm the applicable fee under your agreement. Other services require their own scope and pricing confirmation.
Calculators are illustrations, not invoices or promises of results. Historical outcomes vary, and an approved scope increase is not contractor profit. Read the pricing explanation and results methodology for context.
Guides, codes and carrier contacts.
Resources provide general construction and documentation information. Building requirements depend on the location, adopted code, amendments, product instructions and actual conditions. Verify the applicable requirement before relying on it for a project. Carrier contact details have different purposes and verification dates; use the official source for current routing. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee of a response.
Inquiries and communications.
Provide accurate business contact information you are authorized to share. Do not send sensitive homeowner, policy or claim information through the public inquiry form. A saved-inquiry confirmation does not guarantee email delivery, a response time or acceptance of an assignment. Call or text (405) 465-7445 for follow-up.
Respectful website use and third-party material.
Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with website operation. Third-party documents, trademarks and linked websites remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Use the linked official sources for current materials; the resource library does not transfer rights to redistribute them.
Availability, privacy and questions.
